We are going to raise funds for the research project: "CORRECTION OF MUTATIONS in LMNA or EMD in cells of patients with muscular dystrophy of Emery-Dreifuss using CRISPR / Cas9 technology: towards a more effective treatment".

This technique, also called "smart scissors", would replace portions of the mutated gene with a short gene portion in vitro.
